This Privacy Notice explains how Y5Data Integrated Network, which operates razakmajid.com and delivers the training, consulting and speaking services of Ts. Abdul Razak b. Abdul Majid ("we", "us"), collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data submitted through this website, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

1. Personal data we collect

When you submit an enquiry, proposal request or quotation request, we may collect:

• your full name, organisation, job title, work email address and phone or WhatsApp number,
• details about your training, consulting or speaking requirements, including preferred dates, location, number of participants, delivery mode, language and indicative budget,
• any other information you choose to include in your message.

For security purposes, our systems also process technical information such as your IP address and browser type when you submit the form. This information is used to prevent spam and abuse and is not used for marketing.

If you submit an enquiry, we also record how you arrived at the website during that visit — for example the first page you viewed, the referring website and any campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source). This helps us understand which programmes and campaigns are useful to organisations. It is kept only with your enquiry and is not used to build profiles of individual visitors.

2. Why we collect it

We process your personal data to:

• respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about it,
• prepare training proposals, quotations and engagement documents,
• plan and deliver agreed training, consulting or speaking engagements,
• keep appropriate records of business correspondence,
• protect this website and its users from misuse.

We will not use your personal data for unrelated marketing without your consent.

3. Obligatory and voluntary information

Fields marked as required in the enquiry form are necessary for us to respond to you. If you do not provide them, we may not be able to process your enquiry. Other fields are voluntary.

4. Disclosure

• with service providers that help us operate this website and deliver email or records (for example, hosting, database and email delivery providers), who are required to keep it confidential and use it only on our instructions,

5. Retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above, including any ongoing engagement, or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

6. Cookies and website analytics

We measure how this website is used so we can improve it:

• Basic visit statistics (always on): Vercel Web Analytics counts page views, the referring website, country and device type. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
• Google Analytics (only with your consent): if you click "Accept" in the cookie notice, Google Analytics sets cookies to measure visits and the effectiveness of our advertising (for example, when an enquiry is sent after an advert). Google may process this data outside Malaysia. If you click "Decline", Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
• YouTube videos: some pages show a video as a picture first. Only when you press play is the video loaded from YouTube, in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube (Google) may then process data according to its own privacy policy.

7. Security

We take reasonable practical steps to protect personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Enquiries are kept in a password-protected enquiry management system that only we can access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid including sensitive personal data in your message unless it is necessary.

Subject to the PDPA, you may request access to, and correction of, your personal data, withdraw your consent, or ask us to limit the processing of your personal data. To make a request, please contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
